Goran Folić

Goran Folić represents various legal needs of the Office clients. Rather than focusing in the particular law area, Mr. Folić covers wide legal fields of Civil Law, Real Estate issues and Administrative matters.

Also Mr. Folić is successfully involved in the office’s criminal cases, either alone or as part of a defense team.

He was a defense attorney in the war crime case “Suva reka” before the Belgrade District Court, Special Division for War Crimes and International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in Hague, and is currently engaged in the war crime case "Sotin". He has the power of attorney to claim debt on the territory of the Republic of Serbia on behalf of North Korea.
